Terms and conditions of Spanish Lessons and Accommodation

Payments

You can cancel your balance upon arrival in Buenos Aires. You can pay by cash. We accept Argentine Pesos, US Dollars and Euros. It is also possible to pay by credit card, but you have to take into account that a 10% will be added to the final amount as a charge for credit card payment you only have to let us know what is the best option for you.

School Refund Policy

Prior to starting date

Hispan Aires U$ 40 Registration Fee is Non-Refundable.

After starting date

Cancellation of Spanish Course by the student. Hispan Aires will not make a refund for the Spanish Lessons cancelled at the School. The student will receive a coupon for Spanish Lessons Credits. How does it work? If the student cancel part of the program, Hispan Aires will take the money for Spanish Lessons to be used at any other time. The credit will expire in one year time. If the student wishes to transfer the credit to a friend, workmate or parent, he or she should let us know who is the person to use our Service. Then the new student will sign a note where he or she accepts the service is being used at our school.

What if the student want to extend the period of classes?

Students can extend the program for so many weeks as they wish. The payment policy is exactly the same as the one mentioned before.

Discounts

Students will receive discounts according to Hispan Aires policies listed on our website. For discounts offered by Hispan Aires students have to pay for the whole program during the first week at our school. Otherwise, discounts will not be taken into account.
